Improving our service while reducing our footprint. We have partnered with Ecologi to create a “tree planted for every review” initiative.
We love getting reviews from clients. It helps us know what we are doing well and where we need to do better. This year, we have once again been named as Platinum Trusted Service Provider, awarded by independent review platform – Feefo. This award signifies are ongoing commitment to providing the best service for our clients. More details can be found in our previous years’ post.
Our mission is bigger than profit. We give back to charitable causes each year, but we also aim to be a socially and environmentally responsible business. Though we already have some recycling and environmental initiatives in our office, we are looking for more ways to reduce our footprint on the environment.
Tree planting is a simple way that we can have a positive impact and integrates well with our review request programme to provide a further incentive for clients to provide their feedback. To do this, we have partnered with Ecologi, who facilitate the funding of carbon offset projects and tree planting around the world. They have a mission to reduce 50% of global CO2 emissions by 2040 and responsibly plant billions of trees every year.
